OS X on VMware on XP : Clean, Fresh

OS X (Intel) on VMware on Windows XP.

My friend and colleague Jason Anderson confirmed this in his own datacenter.

My God. It feels like time and space are about to achieve singularity. Time trap. I’m being teleported… I see lights… there are five lights… swirling mists… and now I’m in college again! Hooray! Not a care in the world!

When I was a haughty and strutting first year CS major at Virginia Tech, I thought I was pretty cool for refusing to buy either of the formally recommended computing platforms (Windows and Amiga) in favor of a Mac IIsi. My first color Mac.

First year projects could only be turned in on the two recommended platforms, so I had to run Borland Turbo Pascal on DOS on SoftPC (on Mac OS… 7, probably). After coming to grips with the awful performance, it was all-right. Never had any compatability issues.

This is much better.

Same thing, bigger.

Knowing the nature of Jason, I’m sure the next step will be OS X Intel on VMware on Windows XP on VirtualPC on OS X (Mot). If it’s possible.
